As a 20-year veteran in the industry, I studied and learned all of the nuances of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and career navigation. I recruited at all organizational levels across dozens of industries, partnered with countless hiring managers and executive leaders, and dissected and studied the hiring processes of numerous companies of all sizes. I've coached thousands of candidates on the do's and don'ts of applying, interviewing, networking, offer negotiations, career changes, and promotion opportunities.
